Oil replacement parts fix the connection, which is where an Exxus oil setup usually fails: Snap and Snap VV magnetic rings, the wide bore extender, the refillable EX6 cartridge and cleaning gear. If the power source behind it is the fault, our 510 thread batteries and complete Exxus vape pens range cover that, while pen hardware sits under vape pen replacement parts.

CLEAN THE CONTACT FIRST

Oil setups on Exxus pens fail at the connection far more often than at the battery, and nearly every piece on this page addresses one part of that joint.

Three things break that joint. Residue creeping onto a contact is the common one, and the cheapest to put right. A magnetic ring that no longer pulls square is next. Last is a cartridge simply too wide for the opening it is being asked to sit in. Snap devices hold the atomizer with a magnet instead of threading, which strips down faster for cleaning, but it does put the wear on the ring rather than on the device.

Fitment is where the Snap VV catches people out. The Snap VV opening accepts cartridges 10mm or less, so a wider one will not sit in it. The Snap VV Magnetic Extender raises the magnetic connection to give a wider 510 threaded cartridge room to seat and make contact. It does not fit the Exxus Snap 510 Thread Battery, and the two look close enough from the outside that the model name is worth checking before you order. The Snap VV Small Bore Magnetic Ring is the other option on that device, providing a magnetic connection for various cartridge types.

Work outward from the contact and you will usually stop at step one. Wipe both faces with isopropyl on a swab and let them dry fully, since oil bridges a contact and reads as a dead battery when nothing is actually broken. Then test the magnet. A good ring snaps parts together firmly and holds them straight, while a tired one feels soft, sits the atomizer at an angle, or drops the connection mid session. If it is still weak after a proper clean, the ring is finished, and rings are the cheapest thing on this page. Only after both of those checks is the cartridge itself the likely cause. The EX6 has an extended airhole at the base for thicker oils, so a starved draw there usually points at the fill rather than the hardware.

Rings, an extender, a refillable cartridge in 0.5mL or 1mL, the Mini Oil Cup, and the swabs and wipes that keep the contacts clean. Pen hardware sits under vape pen replacement parts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Exxus devices do these oil parts fit?

Most of the page is Snap family hardware, covering the Exxus Snap and the Snap VV Variable Voltage device. The Mini Oil Cup is made for the Exxus Mini, and the EX6 is a standalone refillable cartridge. Each product page names its device, and matching that name is the one thing worth being careful about.

How much does the EX6 oil cartridge hold?

It is offered in a 0.5mL and a 1mL capacity. The smaller size suits people who refill often and want to keep things compact, while 1mL means fewer trips to the bottle.

Is the EX6 cartridge refillable?

Yes. It is designed to be refilled with your own oil rather than thrown away after one fill, and the airhole at the base is extended so thicker oils still feed properly instead of starving the draw.

What does the Snap magnetic ring do?

It holds the atomizer onto the body of the Snap using magnetism rather than screw threads. That is what lets you pull the device apart in a second for cleaning, and it is why the ring, not the device, is the part that eventually wears.

How do I know when a magnetic ring is worn out?

Test the pull. A ring in good shape snaps parts together firmly and holds them straight. A worn one feels soft, lets the atomizer sit at an angle, or drops the connection mid session. Clean the contact surfaces first, because residue mimics the same symptom. If it is still weak afterward, replace the ring.

What is the wide bore magnetic extender for?

The opening on the Snap VV is sized for cartridges of 10mm or less. A wider cartridge simply will not sit in it. The extender raises the magnetic connection so a wider 510 threaded cartridge can seat and make proper contact.

Does the extender work with every Exxus Snap model?

No. It is made for the Exxus Snap VV Variable Voltage device, and it does not work with the Exxus Snap 510 Thread Battery. Confirm which model you have before ordering, since the names are close.

What is the Mini oil cup?

It is an accessory for the Exxus Mini. The Mini kit comes ready for dry herb, and the oil cup is the small bowl that adds oil and concentrate vaporization to the same device. It is a way to get a second session type without buying a second device.

How do I clean an oil connection?

A cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol on the contact points, both on the battery and on the cartridge or magnetic ring. Oil creeps down and bridges the contact over time, which reads as a dead device when nothing is actually broken. Let everything dry fully before reassembling.

Why is my cartridge not producing vapor?

Check in order: is the battery charged, is the connection clean, and is the cartridge seated square. On the Snap VV, a cartridge wider than 10mm will not seat at all without the magnetic extender. If the connection is clean and the fit is right and it still does nothing, the cartridge itself is the likely cause.
