The Claro’s features start with a 400mAh battery, 10 second pre-heat function, and easily adjustable variable voltage from 1.8 - 4.2v before moving onto top tier additions including a bright OLED screen and including key chain hole. Using the Device

To properly use your Claro take a look at our following tips and rules on how to operate your vape in order to get the absolute most from its compact power.

Starting off, if you wish to turn on your Claro press the large black square power button 5 times in quick succession. You’ll know that you were successful in turning on the Claro when the OLED screen displays an Exxus logo before switching to your home base info set.

Next simply click the power button once to summon the home screen to see your current battery level, the ohm (Ω) rating of your current attached cartridge, your last hit time duration, and a puff tracker to count how many hits you’ve taken this session.

Your battery level is shown with a bar system to help you easily see how much juice your Claro currently has. Your ohm rating is taken from whichever cartridge you are currently using and indicates how much electricity it takes to power it. For example a lower ohm rating will have your cartridge’s oil burning faster and hotter, while a lower score will be the opposite. Ohm ratings typically range between 1.25 - 2.5 ohm for your average cartridge. The last hit duration accurately tracks how long you held the power button down in order to allow for more precise dosing. Finally the OLED also shows you a puff counter in the bottom left of the screen, this is as its name suggests a simple count on how many hits you’ve taken.

To turn off your Claro repeat the process of turning it on, click the power button five times in quick succession, when correctly done your OLED will display a message reading “Take care” before turning off, this is your visual indication that you have properly shut down your vape.

Adjusting Your Temperature

To adjust the temperature your Claro is vaporizing at you can use either the “+” or “-” buttons to tweak it according to your current preferences. To bring up the voltage selection screen tap either one of the + or - buttons once and then keep clicking to watch the numbers either increase or decrease in tandem.

In order to reset your puff counter hold down on the power button, the + button, and the - button all at the same time for 3 seconds in order to bring your counter back to 0.

Pre-Heating Your Claro

In order to activate the Claro’s built in pre-heat function press the power button twice in quick succession. When correctly done your OLED will change to a 10 second counter and text reading “preheating”, wait until it reaches zero and then press down on the power button again to inhale from your Claro. Pre-heating your cartridge allows for more potent flavorful hits and is a great feature to experiment with during your sessions. Lastly, if you attempt to use your Claro without having a cartridge attached you will be reminded by your OLED screen with a message reading “NO ATOMIZER”.

Loading the Device

Thanks to the inclusion of universal 510 threaded connection the Claro is very easy to load with any compatible cartridges. Just hold your Claro up right and gently screw your desired cartridge into the top of it until it snuggly stops, this is your indication that it has been properly attached. If your cartridge is having a hard time screwing in or is on an angle do not keep trying to force it in, it can lead to breakages and other unwanted issues.

Charging the Device

To charge your Claro’s battery, find a compatible USB-C cable and safely attach it to the bottom port. For your first time make sure to charge the Claro for 2 full hours, everytime after that never charge it for more than 1 full hour as this can lead to issues with the batteries longevity. When properly connected to a charging cable the OLED screen will display a charging battery graphic to indicate to you where it is currently at in its process. Make sure to never charge your Claro in either your car or any power bank that runs at 5v or higher to ensure maximum safety and proper functioning.

Troubleshooting

Some important knowledge to have about your Claro is that there are several indicators built into it to let you know when things have gone awry. First off if you hold down the power button for longer than 15 seconds your Claro is going to automatically stop functioning until you release it. This prevents excessive heating or any accidental pressing of the power button leading to unwanted consequences.

Should your Claro cease to work and begin to flash 6 lights 8 times in a row you should immediately stop using your device as this is a short circuit warning. Stop using the Claro should this happen in order to keep yourself and those around you safe. Another indicator is 6 lights flashing 10 times, this one means that your battery is currently low and you should probably plug it in for a recharge soon.

Always make sure that your cartridge is properly threaded and attached before attempting any vaporization to ensure safe usage. If your Claro ever becomes hot to the touch, make sure to power it down and let it cool off as a hot battery can quickly become a safety hazard.

How to Clean

For best usage it is important to stay on top of maintenance with your Claro, which thankfully is very easy to do with its small size and lack of complex parts. All you need to do is power your Claro off, remove the cartridge, and then use a slightly damped q-tip with isopropyl alcohol on it to gently remove and gunk or build up that may be stuck in your 510 threads. Other than that try to make sure to periodically wipe down your Claro while powered off with a wet wipe or cleaning cloth to ensure proper hand hygiene during extended use.
