You may return any item in its original unopened package within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. Exxus Vape is happy to provide a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, Exxus Vape cannot accept returns outside of this 14-day period for any reason. All sales are final.
All warranty returns or exchanges must have a RMA number associated with them or they will not be accepted at our warehouse and will be returned to you. To obtain an RMA, please contact us toll free: (888) 827-3101 Monday - Friday, 8-6 pm PST.
If the Exxus Vape unit you receive is damaged or non-functioning, we will be happy to replace it for you at no additional cost.
